Dawn Keating

Studio co-owner & Certified PHI Pilates Instructor. In 1991, Dawn graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BA in Biology and married Michael Keating. She pursued a career in Retail Management until 2001, when she left her district manager position to stay at home with her three children and teach pilates for fun. She has now been teaching Pilates "for fun" in The Woodlands for six years and is currently working on becoming a Master Trainer for PHI Pilates.

"Pilates is a life changing experience. I feel so blessed that we are able to grow and share this amazing exercise with everyone around us. I would like to thank all of our clients that have been with us for so long...you are the reason that we love what we do. Thank you to Morgan Norris who designed our logo, we love it! Thank you to Dan McCarty, without you we would not have our studio. Thank you to Kate Fitzgerald who took beautiful photographs and Barbi Doty for decorating. Last but not least, thank you to my darling husband who started our path to a Healthy Life over seventeen years ago. You are my inspiration." -- Dawn Keating

Michael Keating

Studio co-owner & Certified PHI Pilates Instructor. Michael's passion for exercise and health began with his career in motocross racing. He started racing at age eight and raced professionally from 1992 through 1998. In 1992, he obtained his Bachelors of Science degree in Animal Science from West Texas A&M University. He then turned his focus toward helping others be healthy. In 1999, he became a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Certified Personal Trainer through Baylor College of Medicine's PFIT program. Wanting to be more versatile, he continued his education and added certifications in Accupressure, Spinning, Yoga and Nutrition. His interest in Pilates began when he started attending his wife Dawn's pilates classes in 2001. He realized that Pilates would be an incredibly challenging and beneficial workout that would complement his training programs, so he became certified in Pilates as well. He has been the personal trainer and pilates instructor for The Woodlands Country Club / Resort and Conference Center for the past six years and now is extremely excited about owning his own studio and working with his wife.

"I love getting to do what I love with my wife, Dawn, and all the great people we are blessed to work with in our new studio. This fantastic new studio allows us to help so many more people. It's amazing!"

Jennifer Hennrich

Jennifer has been practicing yoga since 1997. As a long distance runner, yoga offered flexibility, strength and stress relief. That got her started, and since then the journey has been so much more, physically, mentally and spiritually. In 2008, Jennifer decided teaching yoga would be an amazing way to learn even more about the practice and philosophy of yoga and to share it with others. She was certified as a yoga teacher with The Shambhava School of Yoga in Colorado with 200 hours of Hatha Yoga Teacher Training. Besides Yoga, Jennifer studied Biology with a concentration on Biomedical Sciences at Colorado State University and continues her education in yoga, holistic health and wellness topics.

Jeremiah Vaughn

In June of 2003, Jeremiah moved to Houston to attend The Relax Station School of Massage and receive his license as a massage therapist. A few years later, he went on to become an instructor; teaching massage classes at his alma mater. Massage was originally just meant to serve as a stepping stone for Jeremiah to become a Chiropractor; however, throughout his studies, he realized that muscle dysfunction causes joint dysfunction. Therefore, he decided to stay with focusing on ways of healing through treating muscle spasms, pain and tension with massage therapies. He has continued to develop his skill set with further education on Sports Massage, Deep Tissue work and Myo-Skeletal Alignment techniques. Jeremiah loves being able to help people live a less stressful, more mobile life and his dream continues to be discovering more ways to help people heal through massage modalities and bodywork.
